How fast can you ship something real?
Weeks, not months. We scope the smallest system worth building, ship it in weekly slices you can actually try, and have something running in production fast, then sharpen from there.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope, and we put pricing on the table from day one. Most first systems land between a few thousand and the low five figures. If the math doesn't save you more than it costs, we'll tell you.
Do I actually own what you build?
Yes. We build inside your tools and accounts, document everything, and hand it over. There's no proprietary platform to stay locked into. The system is yours to run, change, or take in-house.
What tools do you build with?
Whatever fits the job: usually n8n or Make for workflows, Claude and other models for the reasoning, wired into the CRM, inbox, and apps you already use. We meet your stack; we don't replace it.
What happens when my process changes?
That's the point of building it to be yours. Small changes you can make from the documentation; bigger ones we handle on a Partner engagement. Either way, nothing breaks behind a wall you can't see.
Do you build websites too?
Yes. It's the Presence module. We build fast, credible sites in Next.js, and because we also do the search and AI-visibility work, the site is built from day one to be found rather than retrofitted later. If you already have a site you like, we'll work with it instead of replacing it.
What is AI search visibility?
More people now ask ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity for a recommendation instead of scrolling Google. Those answers are assembled from sources the models can read and trust, so we make your site machine-readable, make sure the AI crawlers can actually reach it, keep your business details consistent everywhere they check, and write your pages in a form models can quote. Then we measure how you're being described each month. What we won't do is promise you a guaranteed mention. Nobody can, and anyone who says otherwise is guessing.
Who is this not for?
If you want a one-off gimmick or a chatbot for the homepage, we're probably not the fit. We build systems that remove real hours and compound over time. That works best when there's actual manual work to take off your plate.
