What is a RAG system?
RAG stands for retrieval-augmented generation. Instead of relying on what a model learned in training, the system retrieves the relevant passages from your own documents and answers from those, with citations back to the source. In practice it means AI that knows your contracts, policies, and history, and can show you where each answer came from rather than producing a confident guess.
Will this replace people on my team?
In our experience it replaces the parts of a job nobody wanted. The work that gets automated first is routing, retyping, and chasing. The tasks that consume senior time without using senior judgment. Most clients use the recovered hours to take on more work rather than reduce headcount.
What happens when my process changes?
